With an operating weight of 10,200 kg, the machine demonstrates excellent stability, making it the ideal choice for working in closed warehouses, hangars and logistics centres where the absence of exhaust gases is critical. Thanks to its 2,900 mm wheelbase and optimised turning radius (5,465 mm), the compact electric loader manoeuvres easily in food and pharmaceutical industries, where strict sanitary standards apply. The standard 1.7 m³ bucket and a rated load capacity of 3000 kg allow it to work efficiently with large volumes of inert materials, even in tunnels or underground passages with limited ventilation.
Multifunctionality and intelligent control
The Lonking LG833HE electric loader is designed as a multi-tasking platform, which, thanks to its low noise level, allows night shifts to be carried out in residential areas, near hospitals or in park areas without causing discomfort to those around. Hydraulics are controlled by a single-lever control, which ensures high precision of movements when loading feed on livestock farms without scaring the animals with engine noise. The machine is equipped with a Powershift electronic transmission, a full hydraulic braking system and Lonking dry-type axles. The basic configuration already includes a rear view camera and a modern LCD panel for real-time battery status monitoring.
Economy and autonomy
The Lonking LG833HE electric wheel loader is based on a highly efficient CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery with a capacity of 141 kWh. The water cooling system maintains the optimal thermal regime of the battery and electric motors, extending their service life and ensuring reliable operation at agricultural complexes and grain terminals. The use of electricity reduces operating costs by 60-70%, and the absence of an internal combustion engine minimises the cost of replacing filters and lubricants.
