SDLG

SDLG (Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1972 in the Chinese province of Shandong. Already in 1989, the Ministry of Industry of China noted the economic indicators of SDLG, awarding it the title of “state secondary enterprise”. In 1995, the company received the title of “first-class enterprise”, that is, it was recognized as an enterprise of national importance. 
Since 1998, SDLG has been certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and received permission to export products. In 2003, the company’s engineers introduced an intelligent control system for forklifts.
An important stage in the company’s development was the signing of a cooperation agreement with Volvo Group AG (Sweden) in 2006. Already in 2007, the first machine under the Volvo brand rolled off the SDLG conveyor belts. This cooperation allowed the company to reach a new level of product quality control, increase competitiveness and gain access to large-scale investment projects.
In 2013, the first plant outside of China was opened – an LG excavator rolled off the assembly line at the Brazilian Volvo plant.
Today, the company annually produces more than 50 thousand construction and earthmoving machines under the SDLG brand, some of which are supplied to the Europian market. Due to high quality and innovative solutions, SDLG products are becoming increasingly popular in the construction and earthmoving equipment market.
